As I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted with smiles and introductions. I was given a synopsis of the layout of the store and an education of the types of flooring and which ones best suited my needs. I am not exaggerating when I say I spent at least two hours trying to decide, and the entire time I had a salesman reminding me of what I was looking for, LOL, while offering suggestions to narrow down the ten samples I pulled and put back, pulled and put back.
Not once was I made to feel I was a burden with the amount of time I was taking. I was given samples to take home, then returned back, and once again I was assisted while going through my process.

I had a very nice guy helping me out figured out that I didn't have the right flooring in my house from this place but he helped me out find where my material was and other things as well I bought material haha me thinking that I know what I have but I didn't but it made my return quick and easy
These guys were professional and very helpful each and every time I was in the store. Listening to what I was looking for or needing, and taking time to answer questions and explain products and their installation requirements. They also offered that same assistance throughout the whole process. Great job!
