I’ve been a long time customer and full supporter of Henderson’s Imports. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the whole team there and they’ve always treated me like family. They’re very knowledgeable, they have great prices and all kinds of fantastic Highland supplies. Wow! The customer service at Henderson’s is over the top!! I got back into piping after 24 years away and they were amazing about helping me get into a new set of P2s. I had a lot of trouble with the tenor drones, sent them back and Stephen did an awesome job of fitting them with different drone reeds and they play excellent!! He also recorded a video of him playing and striking in. Lorna and Kate were wonderful and patient and kind in helping me purchase and troubleshoot. This is what true customer service looks like. You guys are amazing!!!
It would be hard to overstate the quality and importance of this store. Every question is respected and answered. They have everything you need so online ordering is terrific, but the truly unbelievable characteristic is the hands-on help given when needed. The help and encouragement I received today from, Stephen MacNeil, has set me up for a new start as a piper.
