Hallmark Construction has completed two projects at The Botanic Garden at Historic Barns Park and we have been extremely pleased with the quality of their work, their consistent communication throughout construction and their willingness to bend over backwards to meet our timelines and expectations. The beautiful 3-tier Silo Fountain and the new concrete switchback ADA ramp are wonderful additions to the Botanic Garden. Kudos to Hallmark! (By the way, they were also the low bid for both projects - fair and reasonable estimates).
