They provided boilers and mini splits for our new home built in 2019. We also used them for an addition we built in 2025. Combined we have 2 boilers and 9 mini splits. Everything works great. Three years ago, the boiler quit making hot water. A technician was on site in under an hour and fixed the issue. It was handled under warranty, so no charge. Last week one of the zone valves quit working. A tech was at my home in 30 minutes. The boiler was out of warranty, but it was an inexpensive fix. Great company, friendly and competent office staff and technicians.

My boiler system went out over the weekend when I was gone and upon my return home my hot water and heat was out. I called Grant Mechanical and they sent Mike their technician out that morning and he was able to diagnose the part that needed to be replaced and was able to get things up and going. I definitely recommend this company for quick response and high quality service!
