Lee and Chris were very friendly and efficient. There was apparently a miscommunication regarding what services we expected and Lee adjusted the bill accordingly. Nice customer service! We discovered a mar in one wall where the paint was damaged, possibly by the large hose or something smacking into it. Wish they had admitted to it before they left. Maybe they didn’t realize it happened. But we’ll fix it, not a huge deal. Will definitely use GTCC again, good guys!
These folks did a great job on all my area rugs (I had 6 rugs). We have pets and they got the hair and sand out. The rugs look great. I also received great follow up on the service and they are very nice people to do business with. I absolutely will use them again. In addition their Labor Day special pricing was excellent.
This company is determined to please their customers!! They always go the extra mile and they do it with a smile. I have had them cleaning my carpets since 2017 and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for this service. Oh… and they take special care of my area orientals!
