“We, unfortunately don’t live here in Traverse City, but our experience with these folks was exceptional. We have been RVing for last 6 weeks and ran into this business. Not only did they allow us to stay overnight in their parking lot but they also had a 30/50 amp electrical box for us to plug our camper into. AND they have WiFi for their guests that works better than any campground we’ve stayied at. Brock even came out to our spot and made sure we saw where the plug was. Then we wound up chatting for probably 20 minutes. Super nice guy and well spoken. I would do business with these folks in a heartbeat. As homeowners ourselves and recently had carpet replaced, Brock is definitely someone I wish we had the pleasure of working with.“

“Paul and Luke did a professional job and then some when they laid flooring in my house on 9/6/22. All joins are tight; all lines are straight. No floor squeaks; no loose spots. They solved a problem I didn't expect to be solved: some rooms already had floor strips; I didn't think it and the new strips in the remaining rooms could be made to line up. Luke and Paul lined up the flooring to make it look like it had all been laid down in the same job. Beyond that, they work smoothly and efficiently. They don't look rushed, yet they don't waste time. I imagine Bay View's other crews are just as professional. But next time I call Bay View, I'll ask for Paul and Luke.“

“Heritage Wood Floors did a tremendous job of installing a beautiful maple hardwood floor in my house! I give them the highest recommendation possible. The humidity level in my house was especially low, too low initially to allow for a proper installation and Bill (owner) made numerous out to my house checking and working with others to ensure that the humidity level was increased to allow for an installation that would stay nice and smooth after the humidity increased in the summer and not buckle the floor. This included bringing out the manufacturers rep for his opinion and recommendations. Doing the right thing, the first time is a great practice. It may add a little extra time to the project, but in the end, it is very much worth the wait. In all, they installed a lovely floor expertly. Thank you so much for a lovely floor!“
