I called Floodman a couple hours after power was restored to N. Michigan after being out for 4 days because my sump pump failed and my basement flooded. I'm sure I was one of thousands who discovered water/plumbing/heating issues after the storm. I don't know how they did it, but they got someone out to my house an hour later and he was able to pump out a foot of water and get my pump working again. I don't know how they were able to prioritize me, but I'm so happy I found these guys!

What a easy process to have these guys come do a job. I was given 3 options for mold removal all with pricing. Never pushed for one over the other. Did a wonderful job and definitely recommend these guys. Fair honest and get the job done.
