I had these orange coated glasses, they enhanced the outdoor view but didn't provide adequate sun/glare protection. The staff here were able to apply a dark grey coating which improved the sun protection aspect. Much obliged.
I was in need of new glasses and Jenny helped me quickly find 2 pair of glasses. she was so wonderful absolutely amazing with my children. The guy with the yellow lense seemed to have zero patience for my children which is disappointing for a mom who has to take her kids with her and he quickly passed me off to Jenny. and she was so wonderful, I can't express how well she handled my wild 3 year old running all over the place while helping me purchase new glasses.
Wife and I received two new pairs of glasses (each) from Hope and Ken at the Traverse City store. They were both very professional, friendly and got us a great deal on our glasses. We were each able to get one pair free due to their help. Just a wonderful experience.
