Our experience building our custom, dream, retirement home with Bill and his team was great! Response from Bill, Julie, Scott, etc. on any questions, changes or concerns was always rapid, professional and pleasant. And we love our new home!! (Bill often said if we didn’t love it, they hadn’t done their job.) During a new build there are always going to be issues that crop up but those were small, infrequent and quickly remedied to our satisfaction. We would work with Bill and Eastwood again in a heartbeat, and would absolutely recommend them to others!

We have had a pleasurable experience with Eastwood. There few minor issues we ran into were fixed very quickly. None of these issue were outside of what you can expect with a newly built home (an outlet not working, mini split wasn't cooling properly, etc). We love our home & how energy efficient it is. Eastwood custom homes was amazing! As a single mom and starting fresh with my kids the staff at Eastwood customs home walked with me every step of the way even when I was discouraged they stayed positive for me. Special thanks to Julie, Jason, and bill for all your hard work and dedication.
