Beaus Chateau is the BEST! They love on our two Golden's as if they were their own. They know how to treat each of them (differently) and both our Fur Babies LOVE going there every time. We receive photo updates throughout their stay, a report card of how they did afterwards and the entire staff is very engaging with both us and our dogs. I couldn't love this place more! 10+ stars!
What stands out most is how they care for both my dogs and me in the process. I’ve always been treated with kindness, respect, and genuine warmth, and that carries through into the way they care for my animals. From the moment I drop them off, I feel completely at ease—they take the time to connect, communicate, and make sure I know my dogs are in good hands.
The care they provide is exceptional. My dogs are treated like their own, and I get regular photos and updates that show how they’re playing, interacting, and settling in. It gives me real peace of mind knowing they’re not just being watched—they’re genuinely cared for.
