We found Beau’s last year and it quickly became our “go to” boarding facility for our dog, Tico. He loves Katie and her team and loves to go there! You can tell they all have a passion for what they do! Recently, we called at the last minute for an unexpected trip and they worked hard to successfully accommodate him into an already busy schedule. While it doesn’t always work out this way we were grateful for the effort they always make for their customers and canine guests! We highly recommend Beau’s and wish we could keep them all for ourselves instead of telling the world about them, but seeing how happy our dog is when he goes there is worth sharing!!!!

Spoke with the owner Katie on the phone earlier this morning and I can already tell this place’s customer service is top tier! My fiancé and I are new in town and they made the process to sign up for boarding/daycare very accessible on their website. I even was texted to clarify some info and she reached out via phone directly to talk about things as well as she answered all my questions. They listed that they don’t charge extra for things that other boarding places have charged me in the past like playtime! We spent 3 days at Great Wolf Lodge with our girls and were traveling with our dogs. We researched and found Beaus online. Texted a few questions to them prior to booking and felt already at home with their quick response and knowledge. Drop off was quick and easy and the team welcomed our pups like they were their own. We had pictures within 20 minutes of dropping them off of them exploring and playing with their new pup friends. Each day we got text and picture updates which we loved!
