Cherry Blossom Massage & Spa has recently opened a new location just off Airport Road, offering a variety of massage therapy services. Customers can choose from deep tissue, couples, reflexology, hot stone therapy, and Tui Na Massage. The massage therapists are reported to be professional and skilled, with one customer noting that their back pain was significantly reduced after a session. The spa offers 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute massages to fit different schedules.
The couple's massage was particularly popular among reviewers, with one couple describing it as the best they had ever received and a wonderful experience for their 41st wedding anniversary. Many customers praised the hot stones, saying they loved the experience and felt very relaxed afterward. One person mentioned that the therapist knew exactly where to target their tension and even rubbed their belly when hunger grew loud, showing care and attentiveness.
Despite some minor issues with customer service, such as a lack of communication before the massage and a language barrier, most customers appreciated the tranquil and clean environment of the spa. Some found the phone etiquette strange, as the receptionist would step out when customers arrived, but these were small concerns compared to the overall positive experiences.
Customers also appreciated the skill of the therapists, noting that they knew how to apply the right amount of pressure without going too deep. One reviewer booked a 90-minute massage last minute and found it incredibly relaxing, especially with the deep tissue work involved. Many plan to return and recommend the spa to others, highlighting the quality of the massages and the friendly staff.
In summary, Cherry Blossom Massage & Spa's new location offers a variety of massage therapy services in a peaceful environment. While there is room for improvement in customer service communication, the skilled therapists and relaxing atmosphere make it a popular choice for those seeking relaxation and relief from tension.
