my fiancé has had such a hard time finding places that are willing to cut his hair in traverse city because he’s mixed and has curly hair. This is the FIRST place that cut his hair correctly & she did such a good job. The atmosphere was very inviting & there wasn’t any “awkward silence” that we usually experience. We chatted it up, got a great haircut, and we decided that this is now his “barber”.

I had the most wonderful experience as a Bride having Isabel do my hair (and my Grandma’s and sister in law’s hair). I give Isabel my absolute highest and enthusiastic recommendation to anyone looking for someone to do their hair for a wedding in Traverse City.
First off, after I had Isabel cut my hair once and after 30+ years of unsuccessfully trying to get curls to stay in my hair, she is the ONLY person who not only did the curls last through the day, they lasted for more than 2 days and didn’t feel like glue was poured in my hair.
