My next-door neighbor and I had a terrible experience with Tom. We had a huge, beautiful white pine close to the border of our homes. My neighbor just needed it topped so she could see the view better. Tom or crew proceeded to cut a third of the top of the tree off. Also, for whatever reason, they cut all the bottom third of branches off!! Of course that beautiful tree within a month completely died. When we called him, he came over and said yes it was dead, but he would not even cut the tree down for us without charging us big bucks. He accepted no responsibility for the dead tree. I wrote this review because I just want to worn folks about him.
