We hired them to do custom windows to replace all the old windows in our 1930 bungalow. The windows were great and they replaced two windows that were imperfect for free. We installed them ourselves and they worked with us to teach us how.Service: General window replacement

Terry, the owner, and David, the salesperson are both professionals, organized, smart, and have excellent communication practices. The product was a powered awning, 20 feet in length and had to be lifted four floors by crane. Installation had some snags that were not the fault of AWS, but a result of odd construction at our townhome. Terry worked hard to create a one of a kind workaround that looked better than our original plans. Terry worked to train us and provide quick responses when we had follow up questions. The product is amazing and has a huge warranty and is extremely well-built. I would highly recommend AWS!
