Parkway Building Co.
“After seven years of planning we retired and was in search of a builder to give us some guidance . Had no idea of what our options were limited to the footprint of our present home and roof line issues. We met with three builders and Steve was the only one that really heard us. He had enough experience under his belt that made us feel comfortable, moving forward. His attention to detail had never went unnoticed. At any time he found a snag in the process he brought it to our attention with options. Never for a second felt unsure of his honesty and integrity. Always open to suggestions. Long story short, he has become a good part of our life. Another friend God has placed in our life! Have to say SMAFIELD has Smashed us a “HOME” run! We are a winner in the long run!!! Thanks Steve… God Bless!!”
