I’ve replaced window coverings in my home in Sawyer, MI, and my condo in Evanston, IL with them. In addition to replacing blinds, they repaired blinds for me and worked with Hunter Douglas to have them covered under warranty (which I wasn’t even aware was a possibility since the blinds were purchased by the previous owner). We had some very old shades that did not work we couldn’t even pull them all the way down. We heard about Robert from a neighbor, how helpful and professional he was. I called, left a message and heard from him within a day. We set up a time for him to come by, he was on time he listened to what our concerns and thoughts were for new shades, helped us with color, etc. Received them within the time we discussed and installed them quickly and we are so happy with the whole process with him.
