I’ve been putting off purchasing window treatments for the large picture windows at my lake house for many years. What a mistake. I am thrilled with how great they look and function. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted and a little nervous about how shades would look given they would be taking up so much space. Robert was fantastic in helping me make decisions as far as the fabric, color, and pattern of the shades. They look elegant but not stuffy, really adding another dimension to the rooms. Plus they are remote controlled and I found the price very reasonable. If you need new shades I highly recommend using Robert at Gotcha Covered.
I moved to the area mid-July 2024. Shortly after moving in, I contacted Home Depot to have a consultation for windows treatments. This was new construction and there were no previous window treatments. An appointment was set up for 2 weeks later. That appointment was cancelled two days before the scheduled appointment by Home Depot due to an illness. I was told they would contact me in a few days to reschedule. I waited for two more WEEKS and no phone call from Home Depot. I was irritated and started looking for a local business, and found Gotcha Covered.
