Sent a web inquiry for a quote and never heard anything. 2 weeks or so later I called and was told my salesman had been extremely busy and after some further conversation was told they don't even want to talk about off grid systems and perhaps that's why I was ignored. Sad but understandable I guess.......Did in the end direct me to a good off grid resource so I changed number of stars. Probably a great company to work with if you fit inside the cookie cutter.
