We've taken our computer and printer to PC Tech Medic several times. Jan is very knowledgeable and friendly, and has a quick turn around time. Most recently, we were having problems with our printer and it was really frustrating. Jan was able to figure it out and fix the issue, and we are so happy to have it working again. I highly recommend PC Tech Medic!

Took my laptop with broken hinges, and cracked laptop base. The tech replaced the base and hinges, and I did not have to buy a new laptop or transfer data and software. They fast, and provided me with a warranty. It was a great experience!

Accidently dropped my laptop and cracked the bottom base cover, took it in to PC Tech Medic. Tech found laptop base cover and swapped it out, so glad I did not have to buy a new laptop. It would have meant I would needed to transfer my important documents and software to a new computer, getting it repaired was so much cheaper than buying a new laptop. Great service, and very knowledgeable Techs.
