Absolutely the best! I’ve hired Lucas Home Inspections twice now, 12 years apart, and he does not disappoint. So knowledgeable and thorough. Had my report in a few short hours. Report is very clear and well laid out.
Lucas Home Inspections did an awesome job with the home inspection of the condo. He was very helpful and answered many questions I had about how to make repairs. He gave me referrals for companies to make the repairs. He was very thorough. Mr. Lucas went over and above when the next door condo had a pipe leak that ran into our condo. He helped us find the leak and helped the next door neighbor get the water turned off. Mr. Lucas' feet and pants were soaking wet in our freezing January temperatures. Lucas Home Inspections LLC. did a very thorough job on the home inspection we hired them to do. The report was fantastic and they were friendly and reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for your home inspection needs!
