Shane is a one-of-a-kind inspector, he took a genuine interest in my home and went above and beyond what I could have expected from a home inspector. As a first time buyer I was nervous and unsure of who to trust with such an important task. I could not have hoped for a better man to trust with this. A very detailed thorough job!! Not many people probably have a new built home inspected, but by the State of Michigan you have a 1 year warranty to have your builder fix issues. Highly recommended because this is helping us from having issues down the road!!
Shane is professional, straightforward and knows everything. He is so knowledgeable and I learned things from him about radon that I never was aware of. Every home should be tested for radon. It causes cancer. I would definitely recommend Shane for home inspections to everyone I socialize with. Highly recommended.
