I LOVE Journey Property Inspections, from my first initial call, to scheduling to the actual day of inspection. I had an amazing experience with them all....Steven, Cindy, Anton and Emily!!! The staff is super friendly and professional. They have a lot to offer their clients for a reasonable price. Anton and Emily were amazing to work with. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough!!! My client and I were very pleased with their services. JPI will be my go-to inspection company. Anton and Emily were great. A+++. Very knowledgeable and personable. I loved that they communicated major issues they found while at the actual property. Another company I dealt with didn’t communicate at the time of the inspection and you just received the report. There were no surprises when we received this report and I really appreciated that. My only regret is not using them before for a previous inspection for my daughters home! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a home inspection.
