On 8-14-24 I pulled up just as the one employee was locking the door, and he said come on in we can wait! The whole staff was super friendly and I so appreciate it! Wish all staff at all stores were as friendly and accommodating as they were!!! Thank you so much!!!

Above and beyond service by Jessica! I was looking for a very specific lawn mower and she found it in another Family Farm location but they could not ship it to Tecumseh. Jessica offered to go and pick it up herself from the other location and make it available for me to pick up in Tecumseh the next day. She did everything exactly as she said and I have my New lawn mower! I could not be happier with the service!!!

I liked that they had black Friday sale items pretty much upfront in 1 area. I didn't have to look all over to find what I needed. Cashier was sweet n friendly. She did an upsale for Women's Realtree socks on me lol
