After two visits, the hip pain stopped and I felt steady on my feet. I visit once a month now and feel great after my massage. I found the staff to be very friendly. Mercedes listened to what I was asking for and accommodated my requests & preferences. I really appreciated that. She was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry. I've already scheduled another appointment!

Colleen took the time to understand where the discomfort was then worked and explained how the muscle and tissues connect and respond to massage. Showed stetches, other tools and tricks. A very calming and professional atmosphere.
