I called for an emergency service to get severe flooding drained from my basement. Brandon went the extra mile to accommodate me and had Kevin come out within an hour. Kevin went above and beyond to drain the water and used a special camera to show me roots growing within my pipes. He helped me to understand what the underlying problems were so I could take the next steps. Thank you, guys, for your excellent service. I highly recommend this company.
Kevin, from Pauley‘s plumbing came out yesterday to fix my toilet drain. He was simply incredible. He was on time and very competent. Another national chain wouldn’t take the job because it was difficult, but Pauley’s tackled it with eagerness. Even though the job required a lot, Kevin went above and beyond to serve me. When he snaked the drain, he didn’t only clean out the drain in my house. He also went all the way out to the city sewer. I know he didn’t have to do that, as it wasn’t what we agreed to, but he went above and beyond! Their price was very fair and Kevin was wonderfully professional.
