customer service in all aspects of the job was awesome!! i contacted my insurance usaa needing roadside assistance. a flat tire change at my home. sent a service request, contact was made with mac's towing, tamer was the tech who changed the tire. the complete job from request to tighting lugnuts & lowering the jack was completed within an hour. tamer did an excellent job.including safety information when driving on the small spare. not to exceed 50 mph & turn slowly. i very much highly recommend mac's towing.

Clyde I believe is his name got my Infiniti g35 to my new house with no issues at all. Very polite, very helpful, and what matters most is they care! Also a very fair price and was on the scene when they said they would be. Will definitely use again if needed in the future.
