I enjoy going to this gym but this is the SECOND time (that i’ve been here for) that every single wipe station is out of wipes …. one time okay but AGAIN? that’s so unsanitary and gross

I really enjoy going to this gym. There has been a huge improvement on making sure the machines work (especially the stair masters) and the cleanliness of the gym itself. I just wish the WiFi is stronger but I guess it is a signal issue with so many people using it at once.

I want to express my gratitude to the Manager and employees of Crunch Taylor!! A couple of months ago, I left a Google review (which I later deleted after the impressive turnaround of the gym, I also waited until now to post another review to ensure consistency) and completed a Crunch survey expressing my concerns about the cleanliness of the locker rooms, the sauna (which did not have a door handle), and the number of stair master machines that were out of order.
Not even a week after sharing my concerns, the sauna had a door handle again, everything was cleaned and kept clean, especially in the locker room, and ALL the stair masters were fixed! Kudos... read full review
