I worked with Heather, and as usual, she managed to work some magic and bring me a policy that covers everything I want and need, at a price I can afford. She is one of the principle reasons I’ve stayed with MEEMIC all these years.
I have been a MEEMIC customer since the 90's. All of their representatives and agencies have been great. However, I have interacted more with the Bradley Agency than the previous agencies. They are friendly, concerned, and caring. Handling everything for me like I was their number 1 priority. I have a vehicle I use for camping, and they let me change the coverage to "storage" whenever I am not going to use it for a while. Storage keeps the comprehensive coverage intact, but reduces the premium. Can't beat that!
I have always appreciate the prompt service and fast response from Sandi and the staff at the agency. They not only saved me money on my policy but I feel I can call at a moments notice and make changes and get answers. If you don't have MEEMIC right now, ask for a quote they may save you money, but above that you are much more than a number.
