She came to the house, learned what we wanted (deer resistant, shade loving, annuals), discussed possibilities-even processes my request for a “garden for the little forest folk of the neighborhood to lounge in”. We have big trees and it was a priority to keep them healthy while planting flowers, decorative grasses and small bushy things in the large areas where no “regular” grass will grow. We love the result! And the crew of Jordan, Sean and Nick did a fantastic job planting the greenery while in awfully hot weather. “UNBELIEVABLE!!! Walter and his crew of five arrived just before 9:00 this morning and were done before 10:45. They removed a huge maple tree that hung over our swimming pool and then half of another maple tree that did the same. Due to the trees location large equipment could not be used and they had to climb the trees and rope each branch in order to cut them down. We got three quotes and they were by far the lowest. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything they moved back into place when they left. While price was important in our decision, their ability to clearly communicate cinched the deal. They came out to quote the job when they said they would come out, my calls to their office were answered immediately. They fit us into the schedule within two days of the quote. “We’ve been customers of natural way for approximately three years now, and I have to admit that our lawn does look better. There are a couple of spots that could look better than what they do but natural Lawn has been very good and responsive to our inquiries and suggestions in fact our application tech Orlando has been outstanding. He takes the time when he’s doing our application to speak with us, have short conversation about things we can do to make it better such as lawnmower, height, and watering and that kind of communication is very helpful to me as a homeowner because I just need to know what to do without doing all of the research and of how to do it all.
Orlando has been outstanding. We’ve had different lawn technicians each season but by Foor Orlando has been the best that we’ve had so far. So I hope he will continue in the next season or two going forward.“

“Interacted with four different staff members, all of them were nice and very helpful. The new woman in the office was nice, so was the other woman helping her, they helped me find the right paver sand. Then I went to the yard to try and match old pavers, older guy on the loader was super nice, and saved me from grabbing the wrong color brick because I forgot I had transition lenses on and didn't realize they were the different color. He took me to the right pavers. When I realized that the one I wanted was on top of a stack of pallets of bricks three or four high, a younger guy came by and pulled the pallet down real quick for me. Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable, recognized my old pavers and new ones, and in the end the high quality paver sand was cheaper than the Techno sand at Home Depot. Lastly, the younger guy came by to help me load the sand, and saved my from buying a bag with a nail rip. Overall great experience and knowledgeable staff.“

They went above & beyond what was expected repairing our lawn and flower bed and moved some rocks after our driveway and sidewalks were replaced.
