“UNBELIEVABLE!!! Walter and his crew of five arrived just before 9:00 this morning and were done before 10:45. They removed a huge maple tree that hung over our swimming pool and then half of another maple tree that did the same. Due to the trees location large equipment could not be used and they had to climb the trees and rope each branch in order to cut them down. We got three quotes and they were by far the lowest. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything they moved back into place when they left. While price was important in our decision, their ability to clearly communicate cinched the deal. They came out to quote the job when they said they would come out, my calls to their office were answered immediately. They fit us into the schedule within two days of the quote. “I don’t normally post critiques on Google, but the wonderful service I received from Lakes was so impressive it needed to be documented. We had a difficult landscape installation requiring the building of limestone steps into the convergence of two different hills. We fretted for quite some time as to who to trust with a job that was not going to be easy. We are so glad that we chose Lakes. We first met with Shannon and he immediately set our minds at ease. It was obvious that his knowledge was extensive and his bid was extremely fair. On installation day we had five individuals involved in our job. Jason drove out to the rock supplier to personally select the slabs to be used. He was concerned about getting the correct color gray to match other limestone work we have on our property. Jared and his crew then set to work setting the slabs. They were polite, addressed all of our concerns and were extremely conscientious in their work. They took a great deal of time setting the stones, viewing their work from several angles as the work progressed, to assure the look was correct. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail. When finished, they did an amazing cleanup and thanked us for the job. WOW !! They hit it out of the Park !! I don’t think we could have found anyone who could have done a better job. Bottom Line - If you are looking for a landscape professional, this company is first rate and you will not be disappointed.“
