My daughter, whom is 12 and extremely shy, came in with hair that was SO matted and disheveled. I was unable to get the knots out and she needed a cut. Sonya took care of her- spent time making her feel great and did an awesome cut. I know that wasn’t an easy task and just very appreciative of the time, expertise, professionalism and talent! Very awesome been going to the Swartz Creek location for a good 10 years never had an issue with basic guys haircut. Messed up went to the Grand Blanc location Before Christmas got a bald spot. Swartz Creek location did their best to correct Grand blanc's location mess up.

She took the time to ask me if I was OK with what the style she was going with, and made me feel that she cared for my needs as a customer.
She explained everything as we went along so that I understood the process.
