My tech was Heavenly and she was wonderful. She was helpful and caring and she did a great job explaining everything to me and answering any and all questions I had. She actively made my experience much better!
Went in for a trial pair of contacts because I forgot mine at home! Lauren was incredibly helpful and nice. She was able to provide me with two trial boxes of my prescription and a great recommendation for a pair of glasses that complimented my face shape nicely. Awesome service with a staff that goes above and beyond for a solution to any issue!
I purchased glasses from another place and was having issues. I went to Rx Optical to see if they could help me. I was approached by Michelle who was very knowledgeable and courteous. She was able to explained in detail what was wrong with my glasses, and was able to fix all my issue. I was very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend this place.
