Wow the comments and reviews are outrageous. My husband and I have been going here for 10+ years and have never had a bad experience what so ever. People have their off days. Glass are not made to last your entire life, tell your company to get better insurance. If your not offered a fit for glasses, guess what genius, you probably don’t/didn’t need them. As for refusing to make an appt, the person probably already had an appt somewhere else and the insurance only covers once a year. As for the receptionist being Loud I have never heard any of these ladies be loud, maybe if you would get your nose out your phone you might have heard her say your name a bunch of times... read full review

I honestly could not recommend this place more. Dr. Meyer was extremely patient with every question I had and I had a ton! It took us a while to figure out exactly what was wrong with my double vision but he took his time listening to my concerns and never made me feel dense. he used different methods until we found one that worked for me. I felt very comfortable.

Great place to work with, Drs. are great and office staff that we have encountered are helpful, friendly and seem more than happy to assist. Eye Care West surpasses the customer service of the other place we had been.
