Pam and Kyle are always so welcoming. They both are very catering to everyone! The workers here really make the gym worth it. While it is priced differently than Planet Fitness, you cannot beat the compassion that the workers show. This gym caters to everyone. I recommend this gym to anyone (:

Just friendly down home nice folks. Those of us that are Senior citizens (yeah ok boomers) really enjoy great conversations about sports, travel, grands and great- grands. It’s a wonderful healthy establishment to start or end your day!!

Very nice, good local gym. Friendly people. Lacking in ab machines, when asked, trainers were not familiar with the equipment. Or did they know where to direct me for a specific piece equipment.
