Had a decent amount on a gift certificate that was extremely expired. Still asked if they would take it. Got almost half the amount for it. Obviously not happy, but not their fault. Still get same service as I normally do. Not slighted in the least. Happy with the way my toes looked.
Cleanliness: They were actually cleaning, while I was there. Hadn't gone in years due to all the COVID crap, and noticed also that they now use plastic throw away coverings on their foot bowls to keep things more sanitary. That was nice to see.

Had an appointment at 1 but took walk ins before me so i ended up getting in at 1:30.. Nails are really cute though

Tiffany is my favorite tech and goes out of her way to give me excellent customer service, every time. I love this place, and go there to relax, and have some self care. I've had all of the nail techs at one time or another do my nails. I feel like I've gotten my money's worth. They're a really nice bunch of folks.
