“After lots of research, we went with K-9 Original Hidden Pet Fence Company. We chose them because they were the most responsive to our inquiry & took time to answer our questions. They were also considerably less expensive than other local electronic fence companies.We couldn’t be happier with the product & service that we received. Mike & crew were very careful with the install and didn’t damage anything in our yard or driveway. They also took a considerable amount of time educating us on how to teach our dogs how to use the fence. Additionally, they provided us with an ample supply of replacement batteries for the collars.Having the electric fences has been a huge convenience. I’m sure my neighbors appreciate it too!I was a bit hesitant to use a company that is over an hour from our home. I wondered what would happen if we need service. My concerns were alleviated when we had a breakage in our line, due to an animal digging in the yard. The crew came out quickly for the repair. They were so nice. I noticed the worker changed in and out of his boots when he went in the house. I really appreciate the fast service and the care they have taken with everything. My yard presented some obstacles including a fence line surrounded by Arbor Vitae trees which they worked around with ease. They were timely, considerate and super neat throughout the installation process. The process from start to finish was easy and fairly priced.
