“A recent storm sent a large limb down on my gate destroying it. I tried finding a replacement at the big home improvement stores and that's when I found out my gate wasn't the standard size since my fence was over 30 years old. “Excellent experience end-to-end. Upfront sales and quote team (Dawn & Zack) were thorough with options and on-site review to plan the project. Quote was fair and terms were clearly defined and called out in the contract. Once we officially started the project with the deposit, Sara and the planning team were on top of everything, handling everything with the city and explaining the process. We requested a site survey so it delayed the project on our side and Paramount was easy to work with as we waited to complete the survey. Once finally done, the crew was scheduled for the following week and material was promptly dropped off on site. Cameron and the install crew were excellent. Talked through the project, our expectations, and any future plans or use near our gates. The job was done professionally, quickly, and with attention to detail and craft.
