Back in September, I came to one of the dinners to show support for a family member, and yet, during the presentation I found myself raising my hand to some of Nicole's questions, nodding, and even tearing up. I knew that this journey here at the WTI was one I needed to explore, because that day, for the first time in a while, I ended up feeling as if there was a "glimmer of hope".... for myself.Before joining the program I experienced a lot of "crumby" feelings: from frequent headaches & migraines, debilitating tension, bouts of unexplained anxiety, to irritable bowel flare-ups. I worked at WTI for three years before I went back to grad school, and I am so grateful for what I learned while I was there! Nicole and Dr. Dangovian have dedicated their careers to helping people heal through lifestyle, and this program is by far the most effective program I have ever seen in healthcare. While I was there I couldn't believe the results that members got which ranged from resolution of long term health problems, to weight loss. WTI includes in depth education about personalized nutrition, fitness, yoga classes, stress reduction, health coaching, and more... It really includes everything in one which is so hard to find! The best decision I could have made to improve my health and well being. A super supportive group of people who listen and care. I am so glad that the Wellness Training Institute and it’s program for healthy living has become a part of my life.
