I recently attended a hot yoga class led by Jake at the Rochester studio, and it was a wonderful experience! Jake's guidance was both calming and motivating, the session was enjoyable and challenging at the same time. He offered space for variation and was encouraging. The studio itself had a welcoming atmosphere and the woman at the front desk was attentive and kind. I left feeling refreshed and excited to return for more sessions. Highly recommend giving Jake's class a try for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice

Attended paddle board yoga class at Stoney Creek and loved it! Highly recommend if interested in trying paddle board yoga. They provided the paddle boards and anchors. The area was clearly marked and easy to find. At the end of class you were welcome to paddle board for few minutes or continue to practice. They did mention at signup you need to pay an entrance fee of have the metro pass - I appreciated that they notified me ahead of completing registration.

I did 6 classes, the first one was free and then I bought the 5 for $15 new student pass. Using my pass on the MindBody app only showed certain classes available and they were basically all of the virtual ones which I didn't want to do because it's more relaxing when you're actually in the room. I had to go to the actual website each time and sign up for my classes that way so I could use my pass. Not a whole bunch of classes are offered, mainly they're for beginners. I was fine with this because I'm just starting to get back into yoga again and it's walking distance from my house. All of the classes I've taken have had 1-2 other students in the class besides me. I like this because since I'm just getting started again, I've been a little nervous about how well I'm able to follow along. This might not be the best place for people who are further along in their yoga practice, but it works out well for me for the time being.

The owner here is TOXIC and UNKIND. For years I've consistently heard her talking down to employees and saying nasty things about them when they are not around. I find it insane she has the nerve to do this when clients are in earshot! I tried to separate the owner from the studio, but I've had enough. This is not yoga. Even if you are running a business, it is not okay to belittle people. If you can stomach your money going to someone who is putting out so much hate, then most of the instructors are decent. There's a few who seem pretty judgy and fat-phobic and encourage you to push past your limit in order to "get the pose" or they make cutesy comments about losing weight. IMO, there are only a like 3-4 who seem to practice what they teach and you can take their classes at other places around the area, which is what I'll be doing and what I highly recommend.

Great instructors and overall such a fun and positive group of people. The yoga is challenging and not boring! It is also relaxing and has become one of my favorite stress relievers.

Me and a buddy decided to give it a shot bc we both lift weights but want to improve flexibility. Neither of us had done yoga before and the vibe was chill and Rachel, the instructor, was great. It was a very good workout and left me feeling relaxed. We signed up for more classes bc its challenging and different from our normal fitness routine. I encourage my fellow gym dwellers to check it out

I believe this is one of the Premier yoga studios in the area, the instructors are great...

My first time doing yoga, I bought the 5 classes for $15 and took 2 classes already! So far...love the 2 instructors I had. They are patient, kind and most of all welcoming!
