Dr. O and her staff are wonderful. She is very thorough, straightforward and kind. I see her for several issues and she always takes care of business! My husband recently got in to see her for a sudden eye issue and she solved it. We also get our glasses at University Eye Care. Great styles and service.
I had one of the best experiences in this office The doctors and staff are beyond amazing, very kind and empathetic. They take everything you say seriously. They do extensive testing if needed. I had a headache in my left eye with some vision loss. After all the test, even after they closed, the doctor remained to not only call my PCP, but to give me all of my test results and tell me which is the best hospital to go to right away to get a diagnosis and see what’s going on, So it can be treated immediately. Great eye doctors and office!! I was very impressed with the level of service and quality provided by the team at University Eye Care. Everything ran smoothly and they did a wonderful job at explaining to me what was going to happen at each step. No surprises and they spent all the time I needed to address my questions.
