I must say the salon was clean, everyone was nice, no complaints there. Price was also fine, but the quality of work was not up to par. I have a friend that goes there and her nails always look very cute, so could have been technician or the fact it was dip. The application is just plain not done well - bumpy, uneven, the chrome powder isn’t even, I have some dip powder on my skin, and it looks like I have bubble gum stuck to my nails. She never used a drill at any point to even out the surface so I’m just left with bumpy uneven nails.EDIT: Studio 9 did reach out and offered to fix my nails free of charge. Absolutely thrilled with Studio 9 Salon! Every visit not only leaves my hair looking fantastic but also turns into an educational session, teaching me so much about hair care. Their expertise clearly shows in the stunning haircuts. The only slight downside is their eagerness to sell products post-service, but it's all in the spirit of maintaining that salon-fresh look! Highly recommend for anyone serious about their hair!

Elise gave me such an amazing hair cut, and has an amazing personality! She listened and delivered! When I called to schedule an appointment I was very nervous, being a stylist of 20 yrs myself!! Elise exceeded my expectations!! Thank you again Elise, you rock!
