It was my first time trying out Refund Tax Solutions through my workplace. Tom was awesome to meet in person. He walked me through the process and explained what would be needed from me. So much time was saved by being able to upload documents beforehand to the tool that he uses. This also makes it easier to access documents digitally. The whole process took no more than 30-35 minutes. Tom was very professional and great to talk to. I would highly recommend seeking out this service.
