Phil and his crew are absolutely wonderful! P&J works on several condominiums for me and has done great work from repairs, to investigating, to full tear offs and replacements. My Board has loved their work and how personable they are, along with working to make sure all co-owners in the community understand what they are doing. Recently, Phil has replaced 5 buildings (12 unit condos per building) in Sterling Heights. They are in line to complete the last roof in the fall after we collect more funds.
