I had a little bit of trouble with my vinyl piece arriving with a manufacturing defect, but their customer support (Hanna) was excellent. They gave me options and got me taken care of.

Good morning, Had an issue with my browser, not making its way to this feedback form. I'm following my awe purchase through hannah. Hannah went above and beyond. I really appreciate her vibe and concern to make sure my order was entered corrected. You know, I made a mistake and she helped me correct it, and I'm very thankful.. In my book, she's definitely a keeper and the folks at your metro restyling are definitely the better for having someone like Hannah on staff. Thanks again so much. Oh, can't wait to get my 2007. Eclipse wrapped matted black carbon fiber hood. Thanks again guys peace

I had ordered a few things from metro and not realizing that it was for pick-up in store. Contacted them and they fixed that issue. THEN my package got lost in transit. Talked to Hanna and she straightened everything out and hooked me up. Can't wait to get my light tint and wrap.
