Very clean salon and never have to wait, they have plenty of staff. Lucy, the owner is great and takes very good care of her customers. She always goes above and beyond to make sure your happy.
Kozy nails is the best nail salon around! Everyone knows your name when you walk in, they take their time and don't rush and so helpful with in every way! I would recommend visiting do to all I know. 5 stars all around!
I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new nail salon. After searching in Sterling Heights, I discovered Kozy Nails on Google and decided to give it a try.
I visited the salon twice—once for a pedicure and once for a gel manicure—and both experiences were exceptional. The salon is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and exudes a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were remarkably attentive and professional during both visits. For the pedicure, they took their time and paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring my comfort throughout the process.
