Ordered a custom holster for my Canik. Took about 6 weeks from the time i Ordered until its showed up. Unboxed it and went to give it a try. Noticed that my gun did not lock in place, just kinda of slid in there. Emailed their customer service and 4 minutes later Joe, the owner emailed me back. I sent him pics and videos. He messaged me back and agreed that there was an issue. Said he would fix it. Next day I received an email from him saying he personally made me a new one and it was on its was. Well the new one just arrived and it's perfect. No issues. Thanks Joe and Team. I highly recommend these guys.
