A family owned business with a personal touch that is lacking at the chains. With VSP insurance, chances are that the exam is 100% covered with no claim to file on your part - they will handle all the paperwork. Our family had been going to Costco for years, but the price of the exam recently increased by almost 50%. As such, the Costco exam was only partially covered by VSP and the insurance claim is DIY. Prices on frames and lenses are reasonable and the selection is excellent.
