I had a great experience working with Stacia and the company itself. Stacia was extremely helpful in helping me in choosing a color. She kept me updated on when the order was placed, when it was delivered to warehouse, And what date was going to work for installation for my schedule. What was extremely helpful was she brought the show room to me. I highly recommend her professionalism.
I only needed a special-order item for a home repair to our hardwood floors. I called the manufacturer to get the part number and they gave me the numbers of a couple of distributors as they do not sell direct. The first one that I contacted told me that they couldn't get the part that I needed! I next called Floor Coverings International. It was late in the day and they did not pick up. Surprisingly, my phone rang a couple of minutes later! It was FCI calling me back. I explained what I needed and had a quote the next day. I placed the order and the item was delivered the next day!
