I really like my doctor at this hospital but the customer service never answers messages and the billing department always uses the wrong code through insurance so we always have to go through a back and forth fight to make sure the procedure is covered.
I would like it explained why Every time My wife's and my own meds come up for renewal that Optum never gets a response from Beaumont Family Medicine.
They just sent me a email AGAIN this has happened for YEARS NOW that reads.
We contacted your prescriber again for approval of your Optum Home Delivery order but have not heard back. If your prescriber does not respond after 3 tries, we will need to close your order.
So once again I have to drive there and GET IN THEIR FACE with the bottles saying PLEASE REORDER THESE.....
I saw Dr Cotner for a while until recently I moved 30+ minutes away and needed a new pcp. I always liked this office due to always getting to see the doctor in a timely manner (no long waiting room waits) and that all of my test results were updated almost as soon as they were taken. Dr Cotner is an amazing pcp and she will be missed!
